Oil-free Turbocor compressors

We diagnose faults and troubleshoot operational issues of oil-free centrifugal Danfoss Turbocor compressors — model series TT300 through TT500 and TG230 and TG310.
We perform diagnostics on-site at the customer's location and, through rapid assessment, determine whether a repair can be carried out on-site or whether the compressor needs to be removed and brought to our workshop.
Preventive inspections
Inlet IGV vane
Inspection of wear in the gear mechanism of the inlet IGV vane on the suction side. Excessive wear leads to contamination of internal compressor components and causes outages due to deposits on the magnetic bearings.
Cleaning of internal components
Inspection of impellers and removal of deposits caused by electrochemical corrosion between dissimilar materials and the influence of the strong magnetic field.
Magnetic bearings
Inspection and cleaning of the working surfaces of magnetic bearings and shaft position sensors, followed by calibration and balancing of impellers and shaft.
Our own test and calibration rig
We have our own test and calibration rig for running a physical operational test of the compressor after a repair or inspection.
