**I am offering a professionally refurbished magnetic drive pump.** The following work has been carried out on the pump: * The pump was completely disassembled into its individual components. * All mechanical moving parts, including the axial and radial sleeve bearings of the impeller, were inspected. * The impeller and the lining of the volute casing were thoroughly cleaned. * The electric motor was completely disassembled. * The motor rotor ball bearings and the shaft oil seal were replaced. * A visual inspection of the stator windings was performed. * The rotor and stator surfaces were cleaned and coated with epoxy insulating varnish. * All metal components were thoroughly cleaned, and surface corrosion was removed. * The pump was carefully reassembled. * The insulation resistance of the motor windings was tested. * A functional start-up test of the electric motor was carried out. * The pump was tested for leak-tightness and proper operation using water as the test medium. Finally, the pump was preserved with lubricating oil and a nanofiber protective treatment, then stored in a dry, dust-free, climate-controlled indoor environment.
